Caroline A. Berger is a New York State  Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), RTC. Caroline’s dynamic and comprehensive view of adolescents and their challenges is based on a 22 year career as a middle school teacher, counselor and coach. Her positive attitude and natural ability to connect with adolescents and their families, Caroline uses a variety of counseling techniques including but not limited to: Choice Theory, Family Systems Theory and Solution Focused Theory, assisting clients in developing skills and strategies for successful life experiences. Caroline is a current member of the ACA (American Counseling Association) Chi Sigma IOTA (Counseling Academic and Professional Honor Society International) William Glasser Institute of Choice Theory.
